A Tour of the Magic Kingdom

So you want to do the Magic Kingdom in one day, enjoy the most attractions possible and save some money in the process? No problem. You should note this tour does not include any character greetings and some extremely important info: you must arrive at park opening or the plan will not even come close to working. This tour is designed for crowd levels of 8-10 and assumes the park is open 9am-11pm/12am and there are 2 electrical parades (9pm and 11pm).

Section 1: Morning

Obtain a FP (FastPass) for Space Mountain (RUN!)

Section 2: Lunch

Obtain a FP for Peter Pan's Flight

Haunted Mansion

Mickey's Philharmagic

Eat Lunch in Frontierland

Obtain a FP for Splash Mountain

FP Peter Pan's Flight

Section 3: Afternoon (Park Rush Hour 2-5pm)

Tom Sawyer's Island (Explore the island until around 2:30pm)

3:00pm Parade in Frontierland

Hall of Presidents

Obtain a FP for Jungle Cruise

Pirates of the Caribbean

Swiss Family Treehouse

FP Splash Mountain

Section 4: Dinner

Mad Tea Cups

Obtain FP for The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

Barnstormer (During Fantasyland Expansion - Closed)

Train from Toontown to Main Street U.S.A. (During Fantasyland Expansion - Closed)

Eat Dinner on Main Street

6:00pm Parade on Main Street

FP Jungle Cruise

The Enchanted Tiki Room: Under New Management

Section 5: Evening

Visit Aloha Isle for a Dole Whip (get it and go!)

Head to Main Street U.S.A. locate a Wishes! viewing spot.

Check out the shops as you exit the park, don't worry they usually stay open after closing!

The attractions are listed in a recommended order in each section, FP times may vary each visit so use your discretion at the order in which you hit the attractions in each section. Usually cast members will allow you to use your FP after they expire, but sometimes they don't so plan accordingly! Try your best not to go into Fantasyland from 1pm - 3pm or you will regret it for the rest of your life and have painful scars from stroller wars. Take the time on Tom Sawyer's Island to grab a soda and relax a bit before heading back to the real world of the Magic Kingdom. You should arrive at the park no later than 8:30am so wake-up extra early and grab breakfast to go. If your park attendance isn't estimated at being 8-10 then you can still use the plan but don't live by it and use some spontaneity as lines will be substantially shorter.
